M300.PDF Delta Robot Feeding Workstation | Automatic Small Parts Picking & Loading Station

This automatic Delta robot feeding workstation is specially designed for high-speed automatic picking, sorting and loading of tiny and small parts. It is widely applied in 3C electronics, semiconductor, food packaging, pharmaceutical, hardware and plastic industries.

Application Scenarios

The system handles bulk disordered small components such as electronic connectors, precision screws, nuts, plastic accessories, capsules, candy and miniature stamped parts. Equipped with vision positioning system, it realizes random material feeding, automatic identification, precise grabbing and orderly palletizing/assembly line feeding.

  • Delta Robot (Parallel Manipulator): Consists of 3 sets of servo linkages and a moving end platform; payload 0.3–10kg; repetitive positioning accuracy ±0.01~±0.1mm; cycle rate 100–200 cycles per minute
  • Flexible Vibratory Feeder: Scatters scattered small parts evenly with random postures for visual recognition and robotic picking; compatible with mixed materials of multiple specifications
  • Machine Vision System: Top camera (global positioning) + bottom camera (secondary correction); positioning accuracy up to ±0.05mm
  • Control System & End Effector: Integrated vision and motion controller with EtherCAT bus; vacuum suction cup and micro gripper options
Working Process
  1. Manual / hopper feeding → Material dispersion and homogenization by flexible vibratory feeder
  2. Top-view camera imaging → Visual recognition of part position and posture → Coordinates transmitted to the Delta robot
  3. High-speed movement of Delta robot → Precise picking (vacuum adsorption)
  4. (Optional) High-speed capturing by bottom camera → Secondary position correction → Parts placed into jigs, carriers or production lines
